CL Space is a unique and versatile event venue located in the heart of historic Ybor City. CL Space features original brick walls and an industrial ceiling complete with beams and skylights. Our range and capability spans from performance and visual events to business and holiday events. No matter how basic or extensive your event needs are, our expansive knowledge of events and production can support you in creating the event experience you’re looking for.
CL Space is 2,088 square feet. The venue includes a 16ft x 12ft performance stage, and a kitchen perfect for serving and/or catering. CL Space also includes (30) folding black chairs and (25) 4x2 rectangular tables with hourly rentals. Your event will also be assigned an experienced House Manager to assist you for the duration of your event. CL Space's hourly rental rate is $150. This includes (2) hours for setup and (1) hour for breakdown. Each event will require a custom estimate that factors in the event's unique details and needs.
We have a sound and AV equipment package that you have the option to add to your rental. It includes a projector, screen, speakers, PA system, (4) microphones, and a flatscreen TV. For (3) hours or less, this package is $50. If you would like to hang artwork or photographs, we have hanging gallery walls that are (8)ft by (4) ft and are $45 each to utilize.

CL Space has a non-profit rate. Please inquire within and be ready to provide proof of your organization’s non-profit status.
You are welcome to use any vendors you would like, however we do have a list of vendors that we highly recommend for their quality and reliability. They include Bay Stage Live (lighting), Premier Photo Booths of Tampa, Affordable Catering, Rent All of Tampa and Paint Me Happy Entertainment, LLC.
